Hi there, wonder if you can help please?
My house was let out by my letting agents to tennants who turned it into a canabis farm and they have completely ruined it. Finally found an electricity supplier who is willing to reconnect the supply at a cost of £3006 inclusive of VAT. There is also a wide range of things that need attnding to inside the house which have been quoted at £3500. My letting agency said this cost is down to me to put right, but they are the ones at fault.
Who is legally bound to cover these costs please?
Kind Regards
Beverley Robinson
