My tenant was in for a year and paying the rent every month. Hed partner moved out and the Management Agency were supposed to do another Credit Check to ensure he could pay the rent on his own - they didnt. His contract ran out and the Agency told us he had renewed - he hadnt. He has now missed two rental payments and we have issued an eviction notice. Please let me know your advice for how to deal with this if he doesnt move out and whether we are in a position to receive compensation from the Agency.

Many thanks
