Gaining Property possession

My tenants are now on a periodic tenancy after assured short hold tenancy agreement ended November 2013. Rent arrears serious, one months notice given to vacate property under the month to month periodic agreement. Can anyone advise me please where I go from here if tenant does not vacate by date requested
I served section notices 8 & 21 April 2013 but not sure if I need to serve 21 again.
