I am a private landlord based overseas and a new member to this site. There are some horrendous stories on here.... where are the letting/management agents for all of these landlords,(if you use them) to give guidance and forewarn of some of these impending problems as it looks like they are escalating to ridiculous levels before landlords are notified or alloed to get involved. I am overseas also and want to do a survey of landlords regards sales/lettings agents, but I want to conduct this in the North East of England, seems to be a bit of a bias south for most of the national surveys. This site has shocked me with the level of problems landlords experiencing ( none of the other sites seem to offer the ability to be this frank) does anyone know where I can access a survey if it has alraedy been done... or would anyone in the North East be interested in partcipating?
