Trouble Shooting - Are you having trouble logging in? 

We recently changed the old layout of the site to the new look website you see before you. As such, logging in may be causing you some of the following problems.

My USERNAME is not recognised

The old website required you to enter your email address as your username. This new version of the website requires you to enter your full name. For example: 'James Smith' followed by your usual password. Please ensure that you enter your name with spaces between title and surname or first name and surname. 'JamesSmith' for example is the wrong way to enter your username. If you are still having problems logging in using the new username format, please contact us (via email only) at the following address webmaster@landlordexpert.co.uk.

I can't remember my password

If you are entering the correct username as highlighted above but cannot remember your password in order to log in to the website, simply click on the 'Forgot Password?' link located at the bottom of the 'Log In' panel. Once you click on the link, follow the on screen instructions. You will be emailed a password reminder to the email account you submitted when joining the website. Once you retrieve the password reminder email, you can click on the link provided and follow the on screen instructions in order to reset your password.

I can't remember my username or password

If you cannot remember your username and password in order to log in to the website, please email us at the following address webmaster@landlordexpert.co.uk. Please be aware we cannot access your password information. We can notify you of your username if you provide us with your full name and the email you registered with. Once we give you this information, you can prompt the system to reset your password in the manner explained above.
