Get out of letting agent contract

Questions & AnswersCategory: Letting AgentsGet out of letting agent contract

My full management contract with the letting agent has come to a natural end, however due to the letting agent being negligent and making constant mistakes on my other properties, I want to break away from them, and manage ourselves. However because the tenants want to still stay, the letting agent says they will charge us £560 to keep the existing tenants How can I get away from their terrible service without paying fees?
