hello, i have just taken over a property which has 5 students living in, when swapping information about the tenancy, i was never told that the property was being managed at a cost of £450 per month! this was also not shown in any information i had received from the old owner, when i called to change the account details for the rent, i was told i did not have to continue with their management, they have now gone back on their word and are saying its a miscommunication. in the tenancy agreement it says that bills are included at £10 per tenant per week and if the bills run over, the tenants are liable, i have been charged £65 per month per tenant. this company is a disaster along side not paying the first months rent they are also holding money back from me that the tenants have paid them for future rent as part of an agreement with the landlord (me) and the tenants. can anyone help me in what i can do or where i stand with this situation. Thanks
