Im am about to rent my property, and have a question about noise complaints - taking the below as the scenario.

I live in a block built in 1900, and converted into apartments. I own the leasehold on one of these apartments. I am about to rent my property. If the tenants i rent my place to cause noise, and i then receive complaints from either the neighboring apartments directly or through the freehold managing agent, am i liable for the tenants noise, or does the noise making behavior only make the tenants liable, and not myself as the landlord?
