Questions & AnswersCategory: General Questionsmy-tenant-has-re-entered-the-property-after-vacating-is-this-trespass
Paula Smith asked 4 months ago

My tenant was given permission to attend the property he has just vacated, to clean up the outside area. However he took it upon himself to enter the property while there (a key had been left for a contractor) and clean the grate, which they\'d left dirty, plus a ceiling where they\'d squashed flies on it, and also to \'take photos of the whole property\' apparently to prove I am trying to \'pin\' damages on them which they didn\'t do. I am assuming this is trespass, in which case how do I stand legally?
