Which date should my tenant date their notice?

Questions & AnswersCategory: General QuestionsWhich date should my tenant date their notice?
april006 asked 2 years ago

The AST was originally dated 23rd of the month but it was agreed rent could be paid monthly on the 3rd to coincide with tenants payday. Tenancy agreement has since rolled over to a periodic tenancy. Does my tenant have to pay me one full months rent upon giving notice and if so which date does her 'Notice to Quit' have to be dated?

Many thanks.
