    Hi,
Where can I get an advice regarding the below:
We served a month’s notice to our tenants, however they owe us over 2 months worth of rent plus they are no longer responding to us in any form.
I have sent 2 reminders for rent arrears by recorded post.
    What should I do next?
    Thanks,
    Meg
