- We advised an educational establishment on the issues relating to restrictive covenants that prevented the use of the land for the construction and use of a new Primary School. An agreement was reached which resulted in the subsequent settlement of all but one of the registered objectors’ objections and the determination of the application in our client’s favour.
- We advised the landlord of a London industrial estate in respect of the termination of the tenant’s interest and issues consequent on that, including dilapidations and other liabilities.

That has included advising on disputes between family members with regard to the ownership of the property, including where legal title is vested in offshore registered companies.
