Help. tenant has removed property

Questions & AnswersCategory: General QuestionsHelp. tenant has removed property
Yvonne Krawec asked 1 year ago

My tenant has just moved out but has changed 6 light shades, 2 sets curtains and tie backs, curtain poles and blinds and also damaged a large rug which she has replaced with a small different coloured one. All items have been replaced with cheap items of different colours, materials and sizes. All the information I can find relates to tenant possessions.  Can anyone tell me what my rights are as none of these items should have been removed from the property as per the tenancy agreement.
